Hyperemesis gravidarum is a condition of excessive nausea and vomiting during pregnancy that can lead to serious complications if not managed properly. Based on initial observations at the Independent Midwife Practice (TPMB) of Midwife A, many pregnant women do not understand the difference between morning sickness and hyperemesis gravidarum and their impacts. This community service activity is intended “to increase pregnant women's knowledge about hyperemesis gravidarum through health education activities.” The activity was carried out on May 24, 2025, at TPMB Midwife A, West Bandung Regency, involving 10 pregnant women in their third trimester. The method used was interactive education using leaflets, accompanied by knowledge evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity indicated a significant increase in knowledge, namely before the education, all participants (100%) were in the poor knowledge category, and after the education, all participants (100%) were in the good knowledge category. This activity describes health education using simple and easy-to-understand educational media effectively in increasing pregnant women's knowledge regarding hyperemesis gravidarum. It is projected that this activity can be a promotive and preventive effort in supporting the health of pregnant women and preventing pregnancy complications due to hyperemesis gravidarum.
