During the third trimester of pregnancy, many women feel heightened anxiety as they get ready for delivery. Excessive anxiety during pregnancy is associated with a host of adverse outcomes, including difficulties in birth and the mother's mental health. The information presented about labor preparation may be better understood by pregnant women when they employ instructional video media as a learning aid. At the Padasuka community health center, pregnant women in their third trimester will be studied to find out how much of an impact educational video media has on their anxiety levels. The study in question is quantitative and employs a pre-experimental design, more especially a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Using a purposive sampling strategy, 30 pregnant women in their third trimester make up the sample for this research. A validated questionnaire called the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) was used in this investigation. According to the study's findings, most pregnant women in their third trimester had moderate anxiety levels (76.7%). This was before they were provided video instructional material. Among pregnant women in their third trimester, 66.7% reported no anxiety after seeing instructional videos. A p-value of 0.000<0.05 indicates that video instructional media effectively lowers anxiety levels in pregnant women in their third trimester at the Puskesmas Padasuka. Anxiety during the third trimester of pregnancy may be better managed with the use of this video instructional medium, which can be utilized for counseling and early anxiety identification.
