This community service aims to improve parents' skills in monitoring and supporting the development of toddlers through the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) at the Midwife Independent Practice (TPMB) D, Jl. Baturaden Raya No. 9, Mekarjaya, Rancasari District, Bandung City, addressing the limitations in parents' knowledge and skills as well as the low level of monitoring of children's growth and development based on initial observations showing that 15.4% of children had questionable development and 1.3% had deviations out of 78 children examined. The implementation method used an educational-participatory approach on June 5, 2025, including preparation (survey and observation), implementation (pre-test, interactive counseling, demonstrations, guided KPSP practice, case simulations, post-test), and monitoring-evaluation with cadre assistance and a referral system, involving parents of 12-month-old infants as target partners with the full support of TPMB D. The analysis technique included comparing pre-test scores (average of 55) and post-test scores (average of 85) with an increase of 30 points, qualitative evaluation through interviews and observation of practical skills, and an attendance rate of >80%, supported by a pie chart of the evaluation results. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in knowledge, independent skills using KPSP (gross/fine motor skills, speech/language, socialization/independence), awareness of parent-child interaction, and the formation of a support group via WhatsApp for sustainability. conclusion that the training effectively strengthened the child growth and development monitoring system at TPMB D with long-term impacts on preventing delays, despite time constraints and facilitator challenges that were addressed through adjustments
